The Tool & Gauge Company (UK) Limited is a family-run business with 50+ years of family experience in the tool trade.
Trading as DIYTools.com, we supply tools, PPE, fixings and industrial equipment to trade and industry customers across Great Britain and worldwide. Many of our customers have been buying from us for years.
Working with us
We're a small team, so everyone's work matters and we help each other out. We like doing things properly and getting the details right for our customers, whether they call us, email or order online.

Our lawful basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in recruiting the right people.
How long we keep it
We delete your application 6 months after we make a decision, unless you agree that we can keep it for longer.
Right to work checks
If we offer you a job, we'll carry out right to work checks as the law requires. We do this because the law requires it, and we only keep copies of your documents if you join us.
Health and sensitive information
Please don't include health information or other sensitive details in your application, unless you need us to make an adjustment for you. If you tell us about a health condition so we can make an adjustment, we only use it for that, because employment law requires us to make reasonable adjustments.
