- Competitive trade pricing and reliable stock availability
- Established brand recognition or specialist niche products
- UKCA / CE compliance and any relevant product certifications
- Professionalism and reliability in fulfilment, communication, and after-sales support
We are open to working with both UK-based and international suppliers, including direct manufacturers and authorised distributors. Dropship models and NMBS-affiliated suppliers are also welcome.
Our Supplier Expectations
Before onboarding, we may request the following information:
- Product catalogue or line card (digital format preferred)
- Current trade price list (including any MOQ or volume breaks)
- Delivery lead times and returns terms
- Proof of public/product liability insurance
- Company registration and VAT number (where applicable)
- Sustainability or compliance statements (optional, but encouraged)
