We welcome enquiries from suppliers of quality products in these areas.

It helps if you can offer competitive trade pricing, reliable stock, recognised brands or specialist products, and good after-sales support.

Who we work with

What we'll ask for

Before we start working together, we may ask for:

• Your product catalogue or line card (digital format preferred)
• Your current trade price list, including any minimum order quantities (MOQ) and volume breaks
• Delivery lead times and returns terms
• Proof of product and public liability insurance
• Company registration and VAT number (where applicable)
• UKCA or CE compliance and any relevant product certifications
• Sustainability statements (optional, but welcome)

2. Tell us about youInclude a short company overview, a summary of your products, your trade terms and your delivery capabilities.
3. We review itWe'll look at your enquiry carefully and get back to you if there's a fit with our range or current sourcing needs. Thank you for your interest.

How we use your information

We use the business contact details and information you send us because we have a legitimate interest in sourcing products for our customers.

• If nothing comes of your enquiry, we keep it for 12 months.
• If we go on to work together, we keep supplier records while we're trading with you and for 6 years after.
