Delivery and Tracking
We offer reliable, fast, and fully trackable delivery services throughout the UK and internationally. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping methods, costs, lead times, and how to track your order.
1. UK Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services across the UK (including Highlands and Islands):
- Standard Delivery – 2 to 3 working days (tracked)
- Pallet Delivery – For large or heavy goods (typically 2–3 working days)
All delivery options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — this will be indicated on the product or basket page where applicable.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
2. Order Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from confirmation, subject to stock availability and warehouse processing schedules.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from the courier. Please use that link to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
4. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier or contact us if you need assistance rebooking the delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we may deduct return shipping fees from your refund, unless the issue was due to courier error.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- Delivery times may be longer for remote or offshore locations.
- We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- If delivery restrictions apply to any products (e.g. hazardous goods or batteries), this will be noted on the product page.
Signature may be required for express or high-value shipments.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete so we can resolve the issue swiftly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Retain all original packaging and take photographs where possible.
- We will arrange replacement goods or investigate with the carrier as appropriate.
7. Partial Shipments
We normally ship orders complete, but we are happy to split shipments upon request. Please contact us if you'd like to receive available items sooner.
8. Late Delivery or Non-Delivery
If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund under UK consumer law.
