Payment Options

1. Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using any of the following methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
- Bank transfer (by arrangement)
- Official trade account invoicing (approved customers only)
2. Secure Checkout
Our checkout is fully PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption to protect your information. Payments are securely processed via trusted gateways such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
3. Trade Account Billing
Approved trade customers may place orders on account, subject to agreed credit terms. Invoices are issued by email and are payable by bank transfer within the terms stated. To apply, please visit our Trade Account page.
4. Currency and VAT
- All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- VAT invoices are issued automatically for every order.
- If you are an international business eligible for VAT exemption, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Refunds
