Trend Kitchen Worktop Jig for worktops up to 650mm. Made from hard-wearing, CNC machined Compact Grade High-Pressure Laminate, 12mm thick. Cuts both parts of the joint in 15 minutes, including setting up.
For cutting: left and right-hand corners, 400mm radius peninsular joint and 35mm kitchen door hole. With fixed lengths for 600mm, 616mm, 635mm and 650mm wide worktops. Cuts worktops up to 40mm thick, with or without anti-drip postformed edge. It can also be used to cut 2 open ended bolt recesses (dog bone style) for 150mm bolts.
Ø10mm plastic pins with tapered shoulders for tight fit provides 3-point pin contact to ensure ease of setting up. The pins are made from ABS plastic for strength.
