Unique 360° locking swivel base for easy rotation. Mounts easily onto any strong and stable surface including loading bays, 4x4s, flatbed trucks and trailers. Heavy-duty chain and hook with safety clip. Dead man's control release valve allows fine adjustment for safe, controlled lowering of load.
