Using the ceramic half-moon deflectors in conjunction with the grill stand and adjusters, already included with the DG159 grill, you can cook ribs, whole roasts and chicken, vegetables, steaks, pizzas, and more all at once. The deflectors assist with controlling heat levels so you can cook low & slow, do the perfect roast & grill, or turn up the heat and be fast & furious! They also increase the cooking area of the BBQ if used in various ways. Use with the DG159 22" (56cm) Kamado Grill or it is suitable for all kamado models of a similar construction and size. Set of 2 halves, put them together to form a pizza stone for another meal type. Constructed from food grade, premium, long lasting ceramic materials which is easy to clean.
