Steel body with ABS moving handle. Wire stripper and cable cutter hardened and tempered SK5 steel. Strips and cuts single - layer wire from 0.2 - 4mm diameter. Also cuts 11mm wide and strips 14mm wide ribbon cable. Safety guard on wire cutter.
