Due to the unique design of Toyota oil filters a specialist tool is required to engage the 14 flutes and six slots built onto the oil filter housing. Used on Toyota 1800cc and 2000cc engines and the hybrid Prius. Operated by 3/8" square drive wrench or a 27mm hex socket.
