- Electronic torque and angle wrench for use in production/assembly
- Enables a proper and safe/controllable (assembly) screwing process and traceability/proof of screw connections that require documentation
- Thanks to extreme precision - measurement accuracy +/- 1% (torque & angle of rotation) - even the highest industrial requirements are met.
- In addition to torque/angle, there is a slip value display (Track), peak value measurement (Peak), as well as the ability to call up presets and process plans.
- Up to 9,999 measurement data and curves can be recorded in the large internal memory
- Data can be transferred wirelessly via Wi-Fi
- Zigbee (optional), or via USB cable
- Bidirectional communication enables the wireless upload of work plans to the wrench as well as the transfer of measurement data
- Work plans can be started via the menu or via the integrated 2-D scanner (optional).
- By default, the E-Torc P can be connected to existing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) via Open Protocol.
- An angle-stable and high-contrast 2" IPS display ensures excellent readability even in bright work environments
- The 360° visible LED ring allows the assembly process to be monitored even under challenging conditions (e.g., working overhead).
- The signaling is provided visually (display
- LED ring), haptically (vibration), and acoustically (audible tone).
- The lightweight and compact design, along with the side confirmation button, enable ergonomic and fatigue-free operation.
- The inductive charging station (optional available) enables wireless charging and provides secure storage, both horizontally and vertically, through wall mounting.
- Factory-supplied with factory calibration certificate in accordance with GEDORE's in-house standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards
- Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7 Class 1 including calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional)
- Programmable with different gauges for insertion tools
- Free evaluation PC software included in delivery
