- Electronic torque and angle wrench for the application area of quality/analysis
- Enables the control of screwing including curve evaluation, directly on the wrench, for analysis and quality assurance purposes
- The unique feature of the E-Torc QR is that the display unit is separated from the actual torque/angle wrench and connected via a cable. This allows for higher precision when tightening screws, especially at low torques.
- Controlled screw tightening in the range of 0,25-6 N·m
- Thanks to the utmost precision - measurement accuracy +/- 1% (torque & angle of rotation) - even the highest industrial requirements are met.
- All common measuring methods (torque, angle of rotation, yield point, further turning (VDI-compliant), loosening-tightening, flow charts)
- Up to 9,999 measurement data and curves can be recorded in the large internal memory
- Data can be transferred wirelessly via WLAN or USB cable.
- If required, the E-Torc QR can also be loaded with work plans and images to guide workers, and the measurement data can be sent back via WLAN.
- Work plans can be started via the menu or via the integrated 2-D scanner (optional).
- Optionally, a connection via CAQ systems can be made possible.
- A viewing angle-stable and high-contrast 4.3" touch display enables intuitive and fast operation
- The large display allows measurement data to be called up, screwing curves to be superimposed and evaluated directly on site on the wrench
- The signaling is provided visually (display), haptically (vibration), and acoustically (audible tone).
- The display unit can be placed on the work surface using a desk stand or worn on the body with the belt clip.
- Factory-supplied with factory calibration certificate in accordance with GEDORE's in-house standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards
- Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7, including calibration certificate
- Accreditation symbol (optional)
- Programmable with different gauges for insertion tools
- Free evaluation PC software included in delivery
