- This short two-part alternator combination socket allows for the easy removal and installation of a freewheel pulley in situ on the vehicle without the need for removing the alternator. Since the pulley cannot be counter-held from the outside while slackening or tightening the central nut, the 10mm XZN multi-spline insert is needed to lock the pulley shaft during the loosening process.
