Description
These Forgefix Sleeve Anchors are through fixing, for ease of use and speed of installation. Their sleeve wedge cones are designed to give maximum expansion even in shallow anchoring depths. They have a reduced outside sleeve diameter compared to thread size for smaller hole sizes, offering reduced stress in base materials.
The anchors are Zinc Yellow Passivated for increased resistance to corrosion and have hexagonal heads.
Also known as 'Loose Bolt' sleeve anchors.
APPLICATION
Widely used for fixing balustrades, handrails, racking and holding down machinery, plus many more installation applications.
Ensure the correct socket drive or spanner is used to ensure accurate installation.
The Zinc Yellow Passivation process of electroplating is similar to the 'Galvanised' and 'Zinc Plated' processes but with the addition of a yellow dye. It provides a coating that is aesthetically pleasing, and which offers excellent resistance to corrosion.
The hexagonal head has been designed for use with spanners or sockets and offers maximum torque when used with these tools.

Availability
In stock means the item is available and can be ordered now. Out of stock means it can't be ordered at the moment; we don't take back orders. For brands we supply on an enquiry basis, such as GEDORE, the page says "Please contact us to confirm availability". You can still order, and we'll be in touch to confirm before dispatch.
Delivery
We work Monday to Friday. In stock items are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (orders placed before 3pm count from that day), then sent with DPD or Royal Mail on a next working day service, so most orders arrive within 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery is a flat £7.14 inc VAT (£5.95 ex VAT) per order to mainland UK, however many items you buy. Highlands and islands postcodes are £11.99 inc VAT (£9.99 + VAT), see the postcode list. We don't deliver to Northern Ireland.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and we refund you within 14 days of getting the item back or proof you've sent it, including the original delivery charge.
