UNION's basic range of ESSENTIAL products are uncomplicated products which provide true value for money without compromising everyday performance and quality.
The ESSENTIAL 3 Lever Mortice Sashlocks can be installed in many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door. The 12.5mm deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by key from either side and provides secure positive deadlocking. They have an open case reversible latch and a single piece forend with matching strike.
Forend finish: Chrome.
Case size: 65 x 101mm.
Backset: 45mm. This is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.
Centre: 57mm. This is the measurement from the centre of the follower, which operates the handles, to the centre of the keyhole.
