The Stanley 0-70-450 Plastic Pipe Cutter cuts up to 28mm plastic pipe and can be used on plastic pipe, garden hose, electrical conduit, tile trims and curtain rails. It has an ergonomic handle for maximum leverage and a strong moulded resin body.
