The Kent & Stowe Stainless Steel Capability Digging Spade has been designed to tackle even the most challenging gardening tasks with unrivalled strength and durability. The Capability Spade boasts a breaking strain of 130kg setting a new standard in garden tools, with the current UK standard being 55kg (an increase of 136% strength).
Perfect for digging up and breaking soil in large areas to improve drainage as well as edging garden beds. It is also the ideal for soil preparation, creating trenches and mixing in soil improvers. Made from stainless steel for supreme rust resistance with a beautiful FSC® certified ash wood handle. The spade has an internal hardened stainless steel bar for load strength and extended shank for improved leverage. It also features a larger tread edge and smoothed rivets for added digging comfort.
