Availability
In stock means the item is available and can be ordered now. Out of stock means it can't be ordered at the moment; we don't take back orders. For brands we supply on an enquiry basis, such as GEDORE, the page says "Please contact us to confirm availability". You can still order, and we'll be in touch to confirm before dispatch.
Delivery
We work Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched in 2 to 3 working days. UK mainland delivery is a flat £5.95 + VAT per order, however many items you buy. Highland, offshore and some remote postcodes may carry a surcharge and take longer. We don't offer a next-day service.
Returns
Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
